The Role Our fast-growing Telecommunication business unit is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager for our national portfolio.
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a vibrant team and play a key role in our corporate financial roadmap.
The primary role of this position is to maintain and enhance the financial integrity of the business unit.
Your expertise will elevate our journey by ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, resulting in well-informed project decisions.
Control and administer the Line of Business' general accounting activities, ensuring that practices and procedures are kept up-to-date and compliant. Prepare comprehensive financial reports and maintain accurate accounting records.
Your reports will supply crucial data that fuels our senior management's informed business decisions. Enable and support project decision-making through your insightful reporting and detailed analysis of financial trends and outcomes. Ensure accurate forecasting which enables our contracts to be managed effectively, thereby reducing financial risk. Manage and control the monthly reporting function to ensure timely and accurate output. Lead and build a spirit of excellence within your finance team: your leadership is key in managing, mentoring, and developing the team's skills and growth. About you Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other relevant disciplines. At least 5 years' experience in a financial management role. Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, preferably with SAP or similar products. Is detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Has expertise in financial management and accounting principles. Has excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate complex financial information in an understandable manner. Has the ability to contribute across various operations, adds value to the business decision-making process and effectively forecast trends that can predict pitfalls before they materialise.
