It's a very busy role and no two days are the same as you work across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, NDIS Billing, Payroll, and Fixed Asset Management.As a CPA/CA/CMIA, you'll enjoy preparing reports for our Profit and Loss, Income Analysis, and NDIS billing while also creating the budget and forecast for the organisation.To succeed in this role, you'll not only be a technical expert, but you'll also excel in people management as you will have 3 direct reports and 9 indirect reports across the Corporate Services Team.This role is based at our Ballarat office.About you:To excel in this position you will have:Relevant tertiary qualificationsMembership as a CPA, CA, or CIMAProven experience in the management of end-to-end financial audit processesDemonstrated experience in the preparation of complex budgets and forecastsWorking knowledge of SAP Business 1 or other medium to large ERP systemsDemonstrated ability to lead and manage a high-performing teamExcellent IT literacy including confidence in the administration of finance and payroll systemsAbout Us:McCallum has a proud history of providing integrated disability services in the Ballarat & St Arnaud Communities for over 70 years.
