Join our Team! We are seeking a confident candidate with demonstrated experience in numerous finance streams to take charge of our reporting, budgeting, and related processes. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact across our company while having variety and keep challenged. Key Responsibilities: Lead our Finance Team: Provide accountability, encourage innovation, and implement best practices.Financial Management: Lead and manage month-end close and prepare accurate financial statements.Compliance: Ensure all financial activities meet statutory reporting requirements. Budgeting & Forecasting: Facilitate budget preparation and forecasts.Asset Management: Maintain and update equipment leases and assets, including interest and depreciation journals.Business Partnering: Collaborate with operational divisions to identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities, and drive actions across our teams.
