About YOUR new job:
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll lead a team of 3 and manage crucial finance functions. This includes overseeing Treasury, Cash Flow, Tax Compliance, Financial Reporting, and driving process improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing Treasury, Cash Flow, Overheads, Royalties, Leases, CAPEX, and Accounts Payable Managing annual budgeting and monthly forecasting Supporting audits and producing consolidated financial statements for 4 entities Providing tax advice and compliance services for AU and NZ, including tax reviews (ITR, FBT, GST, WHT) and deferred tax Handling tax consolidation for the group, International Dealings, and Transfer Pricing Leading monthly and quarterly reporting, ESG reporting, and process simplification Mentoring and developing the finance team Driving financial accounting, including month-end and year-end processes and audit support About YOU!
You are a finance leader with strong skills in treasury, tax compliance, financial reporting, and cash flow management. You can manage end-to-end processes, lead a team, and collaborate across departments.
• CA or CPA qualified
• Strong technical accounting knowledge around the preparation of financial reports
• Business Services or mid-tier chartered firm background is preferred
