We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to contribute to our team by ensuring efficient data processing, month-end reconciliation, and creditor management.

About the role
As part of our team, you will:
Team Management: Oversee workloads, support and train team members, and foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.Project Financial Management: Prepare and analyse reports, implement cost control measures, and track project expenses against budgets.External Audit: Collaborate with external accountants to ensure compliance with accounting standards and maintain financial integrity.Reporting: Develop and deliver accurate monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior leadership.Systems Maintenance: Manage ERP systems, support process optimization projects, and ensure data integrity.Compliance and Reconciliation: Handle tax compliance, end-of-month processes, and ensure accuracy in financial reconciliations.Payroll and Accounts Support: Provide payroll support, ensure compliance with legislative requirements, and manage debtor and creditor queries effectively.About you
To excel in this role, you will ideally possess:
A bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and progress toward ICAA or CPA certification.Experience using ERP systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.Demonstrable experience in team management and stakeholder engagement.Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to workload management.Attitudes and behaviors we value: Promoting a safe work culture.Upholding ethical values and maintaining confidentiality.Building supportive relationships and valuing contributions.Delivering quality outcomes for clients and partners.Inspiring and guiding team members toward success.Job location
