Finance Manager - Global Property Business

The GroupGlobal property company going through an exciting phase of growth in Australia.The RoleReporting into the Head of Finance, the position is responsible for operational finance for a portfolio of fund and investment vehicles. Responsibilities include:Review monthly reporting deliverables, including property and trust level management accounts for fund entities.Prepare/review quarterly investor reporting for fund entities.Cashflow management, quarterly loan compliance reporting and interest payments for fund entities.Coordinate and liaise with external parties including auditors and corporate and tax agents.Management of annual audit process including review of audited financial statements and annual tax filing.Handle related matters for fund set up including incorporation of entities, opening bank accounts, investor onboarding and application of tax incentives.Manage fund operational matters including capital calls and distributions.The PersonYou will be CA/CPA qualified and have 8+ years of experience working at the fund level in a broad, hands-on role. Your ability to work collaboratively and take initiative will ensure your success in this role.
