Our client has been successfully developing commercial properties for over 20 years.
They have several properties under construction and a pipeline of new projects in the planning phase.Due to internal promotion, they require a Finance Manager to lead their finance function.
You will report to the CFO and work closely with the owners.You will enjoy autonomy and work in a close-knit team of experienced professionals.
You will be assisted by a Finance Officer.Key Responsibilities

Month end close and production of financial reportingGeneral ledger integrity and reconciliationsProvide guidance to Finance Officer responsible for transaction processingManaging the budget processProduce reporting by projectCashflow forecasting and reportingProject business casesLiaising with banks and managing facilitiesManage tax complianceCommercial advice to CFO and directorsOther projects as requestedQualifications and Skills

CA/CPA qualificationCommercial acumenStrong interpersonal and communication skillsHands-on and able to multi-taskStrong time management skills and committed to achieving deadlinesExperience in a similar roleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our client as they continue to grow and produce high quality commercial property developments.
