Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager – Commercial, you will lead the delivery of accurate and timely financial information to support strategic decision-making across CSR.Key Responsibilities:Business partnering
Decision support, in line with strategic direction for the business, across retail, sales, and logistics.Lead improvements to business processes and reporting efficiencies.Monthly Reporting and Oversight:
Oversee month-end reviews, ensuring timely reporting and data integrity.Monitor financial controls to ensure sound corporate governance.What you bring to the role:CA or CPA qualified.5 years plus of relevant leadership experience.Excellent communication, ability to influence and engage stakeholders.SAP / Microsoft systems knowledge (preferred).Manufacturing, building, and construction industry experience (preferred).Collaborative and solutions-focused behavioral style.Thinks creatively, manages risks, and takes an analytical approach.What we offer:We strive to support your professional and personal growth.
