Job Description How will I help?

The Business Lending LOB aims to deliver a superior end-to-end lending experience for our business customers, to deliver on our Group's purpose Helping Australians Succeed. In doing so, we not only help our business customers to grow and prosper, we also drive the growth and momentum of the Australian economy more broadly.

This Finance Manager role exists to support the Head of Finance and wider Business Lending finance team in the delivery of timely, accurate and insightful management reporting to lead and deliver the financial objectives of the Business Lending Line of Business.

The individual will be required to have strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, a desire to work closely with the business and have excellent communication and presentation skills.

What do I need? Professional qualifications - CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent would be highly regarded but not essential.Strong financial management including balance sheet, revenue, expenses, FTE and productivity, and core finance processes.Strong background in stakeholder management and working with others to achieve outcomes.Detailed knowledge of key business drivers and performance metricsDetailed knowledge of modelling and analytical skills.Experience using IBM TM1 system (desirable) What is it like to work there?
