Key Responsibilities:
As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial performance of the organisation.
Your primary responsibility will be providing clear insights into the drivers of financial performance and influencing business decisions in line with strategic objectives.
You will partner closely with various teams across the organisation, including Finance, Operations, and National Supply Chain Finance.
Your ability to coordinate reporting of financial performance, lead national working groups, and support major capital projects will be crucial in this role.
Collaborate closely with Finance and Operational teams to deliver financial support and drive desired outcomes across multiple initiatives.Efficiently liaise with the site Business Analyst to ensure timely completion of weekly, monthly, and ad hoc financial reporting, encompassing both performance and operating KPIs.Offer valuable insights on financial performance to identify potential opportunities, risks, and effective mitigation strategies.Take charge of leading National working groups dedicated to key initiatives aimed at enhancing overall operational efficiency.Engage with the National Supply Chain Finance team to provide necessary financial support to the wider group.Provide assistance to the Major Capital Projects team, specifically in terms of significant business cases, project deployment, execution, and tracking of benefits achieved.

You possess strong commercial awareness and business acumen, which enables you to make informed decisions that drive financial performance.
Your experience in an Operational Distribution Centre is highly regarded.
Your strong data analysis and modelling skills allow you to analyse high volumes of data from multiple sources effectively.
Furthermore, your ability to communicate complex financial information to a broad audience sets you apart.
Over a decade of post-qualified experience in finance or a related field.Demonstrated strong commercial awareness and business acumen.Experience in Operational Distribution Centre operations is highly regarded.Proficient in data analysis and skilled in financial modeling.Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to a wide range of stakeholders.
