Finance Manager - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract - ASX ListedOur client, a prominent ASX listed household name, is actively seeking a Finance Manager to join their dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to provide clear insight into the drivers of financial performance and shape business decisions in alignment with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with Finance and Operational teams to deliver financial support and drive desired outcomes across multiple initiatives.Efficiently liaise with the site Business Analyst to ensure timely completion of weekly, monthly, and ad hoc financial reporting, encompassing both performance and operating KPIs.Offer valuable insights on financial performance to identify potential opportunities, risks, and effective mitigation strategies.Take charge of leading National working groups dedicated to key initiatives aimed at enhancing overall operational efficiency.Engage with the National Supply Chain Finance team to provide necessary financial support to the wider group.Provide assistance to the Major Capital Projects team, specifically in terms of significant business cases, project deployment, execution, and tracking of benefits achieved.About You: Over a decade of post-qualified experience in finance or a related field.Demonstrated strong commercial awareness and business acumen.Experience in Operational Distribution Centre operations is highly regarded.Proficient in data analysis and skilled in financial modeling.Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to a wide range of stakeholders.What sets this company apart: This company prides itself on its dynamic, inclusive, and empowering workplace culture that reflects the diverse communities it serves.
