As we expand our global footprint, Clean Health Group is searching for an exceptional Finance Manager to join us on that journey. Role Overview:The Finance Manager will play a key role in supporting the CFO in overseeing the financial operations of Clean Health Group. This position is responsible for driving efficiency and accuracy across end-to-end finance processes, managing and mentoring a small accounts team, and providing financial insights that support strategic and commercial decision-making. You will also have direct exposure to Clean Health Group's ongoing M&A activities, offering a unique opportunity to build financial models and support integration efforts for newly acquired entities. In addition, you will focus on streamlining and standardising accounting policies and processes across both new acquisitions and existing businesses.
Key Responsibilities:Financial Operations Management Oversee all core financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and statutory reporting.Manage and mentor a Junior Accountant and Accounts Receivable Manager whose team includes offshore debt collection support.Reporting & Analysis Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports, group consolidated reports, and investor packs, translating complex data into actionable insights for the executive team.Support the CFO in preparing financial presentations for senior leadership, ensuring clarity and accuracy.FP&A and Budgeting Work closely with the CFO to develop the FP&A function, delivering consolidated budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, cash flow management, and strategic financial modelling.Partner with senior management to drive strategy and process improvements across brands.Technical Accounting, Policy Standardisation & M&A Integration Interpret and apply technical accounting knowledge to support Clean Health Group's accounting standards, particularly in relation to new acquisitions.Drive initiatives to streamline and standardise accounting policies across new and existing businesses for improved consistency and compliance.Assist with M&A activities, from due diligence to integration, providing data-driven insights and ensuring seamless operational alignment.System & Process Improvement Lead initiatives to enhance finance systems, leveraging automation for increased efficiency and improved scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices across financial processes.Qualifications & Experience:Education & Certification: CA / CPA qualification (or equivalent) is essential.Professional Background: Experience from a chartered environment, ideally Big 4 or second-tier, or a technically focused role within a commercial setting.Solid expertise in group finance, with hands-on experience in consolidated management reporting and financial modelling; experience with three-way modelling is highly beneficial.Skills & Attributes: High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance.Proven ability to communicate effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders alike.A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.Why Join Clean Health Group?Entrepreneurial, Market-Leading Environment: Be part of a global leader in fitness education, shaping the industry through innovation and strategic growth.
