About Our Client
Our client is an important multinational property developer and owner, with headquarters in APAC.
Job Description
Conduct detailed analysis and modeling of new investment opportunities.
Perform sensitivity analyses to evaluate potential returns and cost scenarios.
Develop financial models to simulate various investment outcomes and performance metrics.
Support decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Prepare comprehensive reports on investment performance, including key metrics and trends.
Collaborate with finance and investment teams to assess the feasibility of new projects.
Maintain and update financial models and spreadsheets to reflect changing market conditions and assumptions.
Assist in preparing presentations for stakeholders on investment performance and strategies.
Analyse the status of ongoing projects (e.g., construction, sales, leasing) by comparing current performance against initial budgets. Facilitate internal decision-making and negotiate with joint venture (JV) partners based on these analyses.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
Strong proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
Experience in financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and investment evaluation.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
Previous experience in FMCG, property, construction, or commercial business analysis is a plus.
Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear and actionable format.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
