Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Support the finance team with budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.Conduct research and provide insights on financial trends and metrics.Help with the reconciliation of accounts and financial discrepancies.Participate in financial modeling and data analysis projects.Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed.Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve financial practices. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong academic performance with coursework in financial analysis, accounting, or statistics preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications; familiarity with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Prior internship or work experience in finance or accounting is advantageous but not required.
