Job Description Reporting to the Global CFO, you will be working in a standalone capacity in Australia, with support from the international group finance function and local outsourced providers. Your main responsibilities will include:
Act as the main point of contact for finance and commercial support, partnering closely with the local leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and provide financial insights.Oversee financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to provide insights into business performance, including churn rates, new sales, and cash flow.Manage the procure-to-pay (P2P) process and payroll operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy.Coordinate order-to-cash (O2C) functions, including revenue reconciliation and inventory management.Serve as the primary contact for banks, external bookkeepers, tax advisors, and auditors.Fulfil all statutory filings, including tax returns, statistical reports, and commercial registry requirements.Support sales operations, focusing on CRM data quality, churn risk, and performance tracking.The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will have extensive finance experience in the tech or software sector, with strong leadership capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.7+ years of finance experience, particularly in a hands-on and fast-paced environment.Proficiency in financial software and good knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).Experience with AASB standards relevant to SaaS, particularly AASB 15 (Revenue from Contracts with Customers).What's on Offer Our client offers a competitive salary package within the range of $160,000 Base + Super.
