Job Description The Finance Director position sits within the SLT in the Australian business and reports directly into the Asia CFO.
This "hands on" position has responsibilities including:
Oversee the financial and accounting operations of the ANZ business.Develop financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.Act as a business partner to the Commercial Director and other departments to help in driving business growth.Maintain a strong financial reporting system and processes to ensure compliance with regulations.Manage financial risks to ensure business continuity.Oversee cashflow, to include weekly and monthly forecasting and reporting.Foster a positive working environment in the Accounting and Finance department.Lead a small team of 2 to deliver excellent service to the ANZ business.Work effectively with offshore and shared service resources to ensure accounting tasks and month-end close processes happen on time and to the highest degree of accuracy.Other duties as detailed in the PD.The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Director should have:
