The Role As our Finance Director, you will play a crucial role in our financial management, seeking an immediately available candidate to cover some extended leave for a 4 - 6 month contract. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and executing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability. Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure fiscal responsibility. Analysing financial data and providing insights to inform strategic decisions. Managing financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Leading and mentoring a dedicated finance team to achieve their full potential. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices. The Candidate Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred). A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance leadership roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
