Finance Coordinator / Management Accountant FINANCE AND BUSINESS SERVICES CENTRE $92,087 to $99,353 pa (HEW6) PLUS 17% SUPERANNUATION JOONDALUP CAMPUS ONGOING, FULLTIME POSITION Overview The Finance and Business Services Centre Finances Team have the primary responsibility to deliver high quality financial management and business support to their clients through the following activities: Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role is responsible for delivering client-focused accounting services, including monthly management reports, budgeting and forecasting, with specific focus on research project management and support while ensuring compliance with the University's financial policies, procedures, and processes. The ideal candidate will have: Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Commerce, or Management, majoring in Accounting, complemented by relevant work experience. Membership in a professional accounting body is preferred. Experience: Demonstrated experience in customer focused financial support. Post qualification experience in delivering accounting support services to a large business unit with working knowledge of accounting concepts, principles, practices and procedures, with knowledge of contract grant administration. Experience in a large ERP such as Oracle financials or similar as well as a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills and in using the Microsoft office suite.
