Job Description An opportunity has arisen for a Contracts and Finance Executive to join our highly successful and market leading Residential team. Based in the Sydney CBD office, you will work across Sydney's most sought-after residential projects processing contracts of sales for all off the plan apartment sales. Leveraging decades of experience, our contract of sale and finance procedures have been designed to ensure accurate and swift processing. This role will suit someone who thrives in fast paced environment and is a highly detailed individual. Your key responsibilities will include: Processing of invoices including checking payment receipt & distributing payment remittances. Management of contract email account. Liaising with solicitors, agents, and team members regarding sale documentation. Preparingweekly sales reports and generate price lists for Executives. Trust Accounting duties; banking of cheques, trust receipting and issuing of trust receipts. Processing of supplier payments and corporate card expenses. Ensuring accurate data entry of all sales information, including the management of documentation on file andSOX compliance. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you ideally will have the following: A degree in finance, accounting, or another relevant degree. Intermediate MS Office and advanced computer skills. High attention to detail. Excellent organisational skills. Exemplary written and verbal communication skills. Proactive, team orientated attitude including a high level of initiative.
