We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance / Commercial Manager to manage our Finance systems, support our operations and executive leaders, lead our Finance team and take our internal financial and commercial practices to the next level.
About the roleThis role reports directly to the business owners and will be a key member of our senior management team overseeing the delivery of financial services and supporting our senior management team with data analysis, contractual management and commercial decision making.
In this role, you will be responsible for:Delivery of monthly and financial reporting, compliance requirements (BAS, Tax Returns) and supporting the business with analysis of business performance, budgets and forecasting requirements.Leading and developing financial and commercial processes including Contractual management, Accounts Receivable and Payable and Payroll.Working closely with the General Manager and wider Senior Management team with analysis, reporting and decision-making.Overseeing our ERP system with appropriate rigor and controls.Implementing contractual management systems to support our operations with the of our diverse operational contracts.Manage our external IT provider and work with senior management to ensure delivery of fit-for-purpose solutions.The successful applicant will possess the following skills and traits:Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in a Finance / Commercial leadership role managing a small professional team and supporting business senior management.Experience in an ERP, particularly MYOB Acumatica highly desirable.High level understanding of IT/software is highly desirable.Energetic with the ability to problem solve demonstrating initiative and be self-driven.In return for your skills we offer:Competitive Salary and Benefits available.Flexible working hours, working from home opportunities.Part Time Applicants will be considered for the right candidate.Career development and training opportunities.Working with a dynamic and progressive Management team.If this sounds like what you are looking for and are excited about joining a fast-paced hardworking team then send your Resume and a covering letter addressing the criteria by clicking on the "apply button now".
