About the Role Rydges Sydney Airport is seeking a motivated and passionate Permanent Full Time Finance & Business Support Manager to join our dynamic and professional team.
Skills & Experience Absolute operational finance focus with constant liaison and business support provided to the General Manager and Department Managers; Maintain and implement hotel internal controls systems; Comply with company financial policies, procedures and reporting requirements, monitor and control all revenue, expenses and working capital within the framework of the agreed budget; Participate in financial planning and analysis activities of the hotel, such as budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis including daily and monthly management statistics; Promote operational efficiency and encourage adherence to prescribed managerial policies; Profit & Loss reporting, General Ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations, preparations and submission of reporting packages; Adhere to all payroll controls, wages and salaries disbursement procedure including compliance with the various award provisions applicable, visa restrictions of staff and tax legislation; Develop and cross-train all accounting staff for career advancement.
