The Role We are seeking two team members to support operational requirements, joining our Operations Finance team, reporting directly to the Manager - Operations Finance.
In this role, you will become part of a high-performing team, utilising your accounting expertise dedicated to delivering essential monthly reporting, analysis, and valuable insights to key stakeholders.
You'll partner closely with senior operational leaders while ensuring that all statutory and corporate reporting requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities - Specialist Budgeting & forecastingVariance analysisDetailed cost analysisPerformance monitoringFocused expertise and supportParticipate in group projectsSystem implementation activitiesIn-depth expertise and supportStrategic leadershipDetailed analysis - variance analysis, cost-benefit, and financial modellingTeam management - oversee work, mentor, and provide guidanceProject-based workReporting & complianceAbout You We are looking for candidates who are CA or CPA qualified, with experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, strong attention to detail, are self-motivated, and demonstrate advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
Experience with SAP/Oracle is beneficial.
Specialist: 3-5 years of experience in a specific area
Lead: 7-10 years of experience in finance, business analysis, or a related field, including team leadership.
