The Role We are seeking two team members to support operational requirements, join our Operations Finance team, reporting directly to the Manager - Operations Finance.
In this role, you will become part of a high-performing team, utilising your accounting expertise dedicated to delivering essential monthly reporting, analysis, and valuable insights to key stakeholders.
You'll partner closely with senior operational leaders, whilst ensuring that all statutory and corporate reporting requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities - Specialist
Budgeting & forecasting Variance analysis Detailed cost analysis Performance monitoring Focused expertise and support Participate in group projects System implementation activities In-depth expertise and support Strategic leadership Detailed analysis - variance analysis, cost-benefit, and financial modelling Team management - oversee work, mentor, and provide guidance Project-based work Reporting & compliance About You We are looking for candidates who are CA or CPA qualified, with experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, strong attention to detail, are self motivated and demonstrate advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
Experience with SAP/Oracle is beneficial.
Specialist: 3-5 years of experience in a specific area
Lead: 7-10 years of experience in finance, business analysis, or a related field, including team leadership
