Job Description The Finance Business Partnering Lead will be responsible for:
Leadership and management of the financial and budgetary planning process.Ad hoc analysis and project accounting.Development of Business plans in line with company strategy.Implement and maintain financial management systems and processes.Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.Provide strategic financial advice and guidance to the senior management team.Management reporting.Monitor and report on financial performance and provide insightful analysis.Manage and develop a high performing finance team.Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team.Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to support strategic initiatives.The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Business Partnering Lead should have:
