About the teamOur Finance team are a vital partner in every aspect of our business, providing commercial insights to drive our success and influence everything we do. With presence in every department, we analyse performance, and deliver actionable insights that shape our strategic decisions.
About the RoleReporting into the Head of Finance, Commercial Transformation & Store Development, this role is responsible for partnering with Trade Planning and BCMs to create and implement trade plans to drive sales, market share and profitability across key categories.
You will also:
Develop and maintain robust processes to measure and track the financial and operational benefits of trade activation.Conduct evaluations to compare actual outcomes against planned targets, providing actionable insights for future trade strategies.Assist in building and refining trade plans by providing financial analysis and insights to optimise investment decisions.Conduct scenario planning analysis to support decision making and evaluate trade-offs.Facilitate alignment with senior executives to secure buy-in for trade plans, priorities and initiatives.Act as a bridge between operational teams and leadership, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of trade activation progress and outcomes.Act as a key contributor in shaping trade strategies by leveraging market trends, data and financial expertise.About you and your skillsWe are looking for a dynamic Finance Business Partner with a continuous improvement mindset and track record of execution. This role is best suited to someone with experience working with complex organisations, and confident simplifying complex financial information for financial and stakeholders.
You will also have:
