About the Role:
Our client is seeking a dynamic Finance Business Partner to provide end-to-end financial leadership, fostering strong relationships across the business. This role is pivotal in ensuring sound financial management and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships, building trust across all levels of the organisation.Provide finance leadership and accounting support to key stakeholders.Produce management reports, budgets, and forecasts to guide decision-making.Liaise with departments to ensure effective cost control and reporting.Review and evaluate new business opportunities in collaboration with management.Support the annual audit process.Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including FBT and GST reporting.Manage the end-to-end balance sheet and oversee the business cashflow model.Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models.Design and implement internal controls, ensuring compliance and regular review.Oversee the day-to-day relationship with external accounting service providers.Contribute to risk management reporting and initiatives.Essential Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary qualifications in Accounting and CPA/CA certification.3-5 years' relevant experience.In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.If this role looks like you, click APPLY or contact Liam Killen to discuss in further detail.
