About the Role Reporting into the REM Finance team, this role is responsible for providing fact-based financial and commercial support and insights relating to the Supermarkets remuneration cost. You'll work across Operations Finance and Workforce Planning teams for data and insights, analysing large datasets to identify trends to maximise business opportunities and drive budgeting and forecasting. You will also: Support the development of an accurate and insightful budget and planning processes Identify and implement continuous improvement, by automating and simplifying financial processes and analysis Influence business leader decision making with fact-based insightful and innovative analysis Take ownership of forecast modelling tools, notably Palantir Provide financial support for the development of initiatives impacting remuneration costs and project-related business cases (capital/operating expense) About you and your skills We are looking for a passionate Finance Business Partner with a continuous improvement mindset and track record of execution. This role is best suited to someone with experience working with complex organisations, and confident simplifying complex financial information for financial and stakeholders. You will also have: CA/CPA or similar business qualification or near with commercial awareness and business focus SAP and TM1 experience preferable Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high pressure and challenging environment Proven ability to challenge & influence key business stakeholders (finance and non-finance) to achieve best for business outcomes What's in it for you?
