About the Role We have a new opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join one of Coles' new ventures, QuiteLike.
This role will see you as a trusted adviser to the business, providing financial information, analysis and insights, challenging their thinking, helping make informed decisions, and shaping and driving business strategy.
Please note: This role is based in the QuiteLike Head Office located in Surry Hills, NSW.
Whilst this role is hybrid, it will require the successful candidate to be based near this location.
You'll also:
Own the monthly actuals review and forecast for revenue, gross profit, CODB, working capital and capex. Provide commercial / financial analysis and insight into profitability, market insights, and business case developments. Provide commercial support for joint business plans, marketing, and product development investments. Establish finance operation processes, governance, and controls. Collaborate with Coles Financial Control to ensure alignment and compliance to Financial Accounting structure and processes. About You and Your Skills We are looking for a Finance Business Partner with strong commercial acumen and proven experience establishing finance processes and governance.
You'll also be competent in data-driven storytelling, analysing data to derive meaningful commercial insights that can influence and inform decision making.
You'll also need:
CPA/CA qualified. Previous experience in management consulting desirable. Systems literate with advanced modelling skills (Excel, SAP, TM1). Strong data visualisation skills (Power Bi, Power Query). Strong influencing and negotiating skills. What's in it for you?
