Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic team, on an initial 6 month contract. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to a large project already underway in Brisbane.Initial 6 month contract with possibility of extensionAttractive hourly rateYou will be playing a pivotal role in partnering with a number of teams within the businessWhat you'll do:Develop and maintain productive partnerships with key stakeholdersProvide insightful information and advice to key stakeholdersPreparation, reporting and analysis of monthly reporting data, cost planning, forecasts and budgetsPrepare monthly and quarterly management reportsSupport project variation and change processes for major works contractsSupport the development and continuous improvement of finance and cost management systemsWork closely with the Financial Accounting team in the preparation of financial statementsWhat you'll bring:Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detailStrong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to deal with ambiguity, finding clear solutions and communicating these effectively to stakeholdersProven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersBachelor's degree in finance or accounting with completed CA, CPA, or equivalent qualificationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to work in a fast-paced environmentAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
