About the RoleWe have multiple opportunities available for experienced Finance Business Partners to join our Liquor Finance team. These roles will see you partnering with our Business Category Managers (BCM) to drive business performance across sales, Buying Margin, and Trading Margin, as well as supporting decision-making and establishment of financially robust business plans.
You will also:
Prepare annual plans, quarterly forecasts, and corporate plans for the BCMs, ensuring plans are owned by the business and that plans are supported by strategic initiatives.Support BCM decision-making through proactive ad hoc analysis into business and market trends and utilizing commercial experience to ensure positive financial and commercial outcomes.Support trade planning outcomes across the BCM area to ensure plans are delivered profitably and in-line with expectations.Prepare and track financial information relating to business cases ensuring robust review and challenge to key assumptions and investment criteria.Support the BCM area in relation to weekly trade as well as periodic reporting and insights.Create compelling presentations that communicate complex financial messages into a clear story for senior stakeholders.Provide analysis and insight to support Range Reviews across Spirits.About you and your skillsWe're looking for a strong financial business partnering background, ideally in the retail or FMCG space. You'll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to educate financial and non-financial stakeholders, as well as be comfortable challenging and influencing key stakeholders and working cross-functionally to deliver what's required.
You will also ideally have:
