We are seeking a talented Finance Business Partner to support key financial initiatives, helping drive strategic decisions.
About the Opportunity
As the Finance Business Partner, you will provide expert financial services and advice, driving both operational and strategic decision-making.
With a strong mix of technical accounting and business partnering skills, you will work closely with key stakeholders, offering tailored financial solutions that align with the institution's goals.
Your key deliverables will include: Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting to support strategic business decisions.Provide expert financial advice to stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.Conduct financial modelling and performance monitoring to drive operational efficiency.Support audit, compliance, and risk management processes in line with regulatory obligations.Collaborate with business units to improve financial capabilities and support strategic objectives.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across financial systems and processes.Collaborate in a dedicated team providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of excellence. Ideal Profile CA/CPA qualified, with proved experience in a business partnering role.Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and influence a range of stakeholders across all levels.Proven ability to manage budgets, financial analysis, and reporting within a complex organisation.Advanced proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Excel for financial modelling.Experience or exposure within the higher education sector will be highly advantageous.
