About the Role:
Our Support Office at Toowoomba is looking foraFinance Business Partner! This individual will partner with the operational managementteam of the business, providing financial leadership, reporting and support toRegional and Branch management personnel across RDO Equipment Pty Ltd (RDOEquipment).
The key responsibilitiesof this role willincludebut not limited to: Reportingand Analysis of Financial Information, including business trends, keydrivers and variance analysis.

Conductmonthly business reviews with Branch management.

Preparationof business cases to support operational decision making at the Branchlevel.

AssistBranches with providing relevant information for the annual budget andreforecasting processes as required.

Participateand provide ongoing support in training to improve the financial acumen ofour operations team.

Visiteach assigned Branch once per quarter to provide onsite support to themanagement team.

Buildrelationships with all Branch Managers and their teams, providinganalytical support for decision making.

Supportthe Financial Planning and Analysis Manager with ad hoc project, tasks andanalysis as required.
You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:
Experiencein providing financial support to operational teams.

AdvancedMS Office skills, with a high degree of confidence in MS Excel.

Strongfinancial acumen, including the analysis and interpretation of financialdata, identifying trends and key business drivers

Abilityto effectively communicate financial concepts to people of all levels offinancial literacy

CA/CPAQualified

Priorexperience in the Heavy Machinery Industry or Dealerships would be highlyregarded
