Finance Business Partner OpportunityDrive Business Growth and Influence Senior LeadershipClient Overview:Our client is a global leader in the construction industry, based in Lane Cove. They are known for their innovative approach and are expanding rapidly, offering great opportunities for career growth.The company values teamwork and encourages employees to make a real impact across different areas of the business.Role Summary:Reporting to the CFO, the Finance Business Partner will play a key role in driving business success and acting as a trusted advisor to senior non-finance leaders.You will focus on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, managing cash flow, and working with different teams to improve business performance.This role will also involve working closely with the Senior Financial Accountant and Data Analyst to provide valuable insights that support key decisions.Key Responsibilities:Financial Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze financial data and work with both finance and non-finance teams to support business decisions.Budgeting & Forecasting:

Support the budgeting and forecasting process, focusing on project-based budgets and identifying ways to improve performance and cut costs.Management Reporting:

Collaborate with the Senior Financial Accountant on period-end and quarter-end financial reports using the company's global tools.Cash Flow & Treasury Management:

Lead weekly debtors' review meetings and support cash flow and treasury reporting, identifying ways to improve cash flow.Business Partnering:

Work closely with non-finance teams to provide financial insights and help improve processes across the business.Ideal Candidate Profile:Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, and CA / CPA qualified.Industry Experience:

3+ years of experience in financial analysis, ideally in the construction industry or with project-based accounting experience.Technical Skills:

Advanced Excel skills, with experience in financial modeling. Experience with large ERP systems (Business Central, MS Dynamics...) is a plus.Personal Attributes:

Strong communication skills, able to build relationships with senior leaders, and experience in business partnering.Job Offer:Salary:

Around $150,000 plus super, depending on experience.Benefits:
