About the roleYou will play a critical role in driving the financial performance of SA. This position involves partnering with various business functions to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and ensure financial objectives are met.
What you'll doFinancial Analysis and Reporting: Provide detailed financial analysis and reports to support business decisions.Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting for respective areas.Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to business functions, providing financial insights and recommendations.Strategic Planning: Support the development and implementation of long-term strategic plans.Performance Management: Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying trends and variances.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Engage and collaborate across different teams and business units, including liaising with Senior Executives.About youBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CA or equivalent preferred.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a business partnering role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.Experience with financial software and ERP systems.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Culture & BenefitsStandards Australia is proud to have been awarded the prestigious Employer of Choice Award for two consecutive years, 2023 and 2024.
