Through the provision of financial and analytical leadership and advice, the FBP will be required to deliver insights that will support the Program Leadership Team in their operational and strategic decision making, drive financial performance, support the budgeting and forecast process and ensure financial control of the Program's operations.The Finance Business Partner will support the Program Leads in the effective and efficient delivery of finance services to the Program including, but not limited to:maintaining a robust finance governance framework and structure for the Program;reinforcing a culture of financial performance accountability and empowerment;maintaining an effective performance reporting framework that cascades through the Programimplementing effective strategies in managing financial performance, monitoring, forecasting, reporting and analysis; andproviding business financial analysis and actionable insights including continuous improvement initiatives, benchmark comparisons and business case development.QualificationsTertiary qualifications or equivalent in accounting, economics or related financial / business management field.About CALHNThe Central Adelaide Local Health Network includes South's Australia's major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct.
