Finance Business Partner

Developing and maintaining accurate financial forecasts to guide on EBITDA achievement for multiple geographies.Prepare monthly/quarterly performance and budgeting documents and scenario planning based on assessment of risks and opportunities.Monitor financial performance metrics, examining variances against budgets and forecasts using Tableau and Salesforce and identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth via financial analysis.Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that align with business goals in both India and Australia.Provide insights into market trends and competitive positioning to inform strategic decisions.Partner with sales, marketing, and central global teams to ensure financial considerations are integrated into business strategies and forecasting.Provide financial training and guidance to non-financial managers to enhance knowledge of financial concepts.What are we looking for from you:
