Job DescriptionOversee financial management and analysis to aid strategic decision-making.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure financial goals align with the company's objectives.Provide financial advice and insights to drive business growth.Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and streamlining of existing processes.Annual budget and periodic forecasting.Maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders. Regularly review financial data and present financial reports.Ensure compliance with the company's financial policies and regulations. Lead and manage a team of 3 direct reports. The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Business Partner should have:A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with post degree qualification (CA/CPA).Proven experience in a similar business partnering role.Strong financial analysis and planning skills.Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and successfully influence senior management.Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
