About the role Collaborate in budget creation, forecasting, and financial modeling to align business goals with financial targets Support long-term financial planning, focusing on potential growth opportunities, cost control, and risk management Work with senior leaders to influence and shape business strategy from a financial perspective Offer insights and recommendations on potential business opportunities, risks, and performance improvement initiatives Prepare and deliver regular financial performance reports to senior management and stakeholders Communicate complex financial data in a clear, business-focused way for non-financial stakeholders Foster strong relationships with business units to understand operational needs and challenges Act as a liaison between finance and other departments, aligning goals and objectives.
