Due to company growth, the team is now looking to strengthen its business partnering function with this new hire.
Job Description
Reporting into the State Manager, this role will play an important role in shaping the company's growing business model by getting involved in a wide array of commercial aspects. Key duties and tasks include:
Building cost models
Be a part of the new rollout of their ERP system
Balance sheet reconciliations and managing debtors
Provide management with insights/commentary for process improvements
Prepare quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
Review commercial proposals and tender bids
General operational involvement
Supervise the work of 1 x direct report
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have a relevant background working in either a Management Accountant or Business Partner role within a commercial setting. Key traits and skills will also include:
CA/CPA qualified (desired but not essential)
PowerBI experience
Relevant background in building cost models, dashboards and data analytics
Strong stakeholder relations/business partnering skills
