An exciting opportunity awaits for a Finance Business Partner to join the team in Bairnsdale. Reporting to the National Finance team, you will work on promoting continuous improvement and timely and accurate reporting.
One Harvest is a company that has grown to include four facilities working across Australia that grow, harvest, process and supply produce to supermarkets and green grocers across the country. These products include prepacked salads and vegetables, prepared deli salads and fresh-cooked beetroot. Description
Responsibilities:
Daily, weekly & monthly analysis and reporting of site operating performance.
Budgeting & re-forecasting for site & commercial operations.
Provide data driven insights to operational managers to improve overall performance.
Participation in internal audits
Timely and accurate reporting
Cost saving initiative.
Profile
You must have
5+ years in similar role.
Tertiary qualified and must have CP/CPA.
Experience in the Retail or FMCG sectors will be highly regarded.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and partner in business at all levels of the organisation.
Strong Excel and financial modelling skills and experience in Power BI.
Ability to solve problems and have a solid background in analytical and critical thinking.
Process improvement mindset and a drive to create systems and processes that increase productivity.

Job Offer
Salary package: $120K - $140K excluding super.
Relocation Assistance Package is offered.
