About the Role In the role of Finance Business Partner based in our Port Melbourne office, you will partner with key stakeholders across the business to assist in the financial accounting, reporting, process improvement, auditing and compliance of CSE Crosscom.
You will be hands on in developing management reports, general journals, financial commentary and advising the CSE business based on financial data and analysis developed and maintained through your role.
Your role will also extend to compliance and auditing ensuring compliance and financial governance processes are met and offer solutions for improvement if needed.
You will play a key role in the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process as well as providing commentary vs forecast on the monthly P&L.
About You A proven track record in working in a similar role, with a history in financial analysis, reporting and business commentary.
CPA/CA certification, with tertiary qualifications in Finance/Accounting or related field.
Experience in developing and maintaining management reporting and framework.
Knowledge and working history with ERP systems, Dynamics 365 Business Central would be advantageous.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders around financial management.
Sound understanding of general ledger and month end processes.
