As the Finance Business Partner, you will support the Managing Director and Leadership team to drive strategy and optimize performance. Primary responsibilities include understanding the financial performance of the business and ensuring key revenue, cost, and operating income drivers are effectively understood, planned, resourced, and achieved.You will also:Business partner & advisor to business leaders and executive teams to enable them to better run their businesses.Lead the monthly Forecasting, quarterly business reviews, and annual budgeting process.End-to-end financial analysis including drivers of revenue, cost, and headcount.Provide timely, accurate, and relevant fact-based financial information & commercial insights via value-added reporting.Continuously develop and implement key performance measures, trend analyses, and other operational insights to improve transparency.Challenge business partners to fully understand risks and opportunities and strive to optimize performance.Perform competitor analysis and provide a competitor landscape to the business and support with strategic positioning.Fully contribute to the commercial development of the business, working with the senior management team, external third parties, and other stakeholders as appropriate.Critically appraise all cost-benefit analysis relating to acquisitions, disposals, capital investments, and business development proposals.Support the development & implementation of effective strategy.Drive a program of continuous improvement across financial reporting and analysis systems and processes.Collaborate with Controllership to ensure effective working capital management and compliance with accounting standards.Assist in coaching and developing junior finance colleagues.How this opportunity is differentAs an Aon colleague, you will never be limited by your job title.
