About the role:
Reporting directly to the Head of Accounting and collaborating closely with the Finance Business Partner team, this dynamic role will see you providing critical financial and commercial insights to support the corporate functions. As a key liaison to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Senior Management, you will ensure accurate monthly results, drive continuous improvement, and play a vital role in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Manage general and administrative and cost centre accounting for corporate and site entities Partner with senior stakeholders to prepare variance analysis and commentary Perform balance sheet reconciliations and process month-end journals Lead reforecast and budget processes, preparing board papers for senior stakeholders Support audit requests, financial reporting, and financial risk management Actively contribute to process improvements and group strategic initiatives Collaborate with external auditors and ensure compliance Build strong relationships with key stakeholders Skills and Experience: CPA or CA qualification required Proven experience in a chartered or industry accounting role, ideally within a corporate environment Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels Solid understanding of internal controls and financial compliance Intermediate Excel proficiency essential, with TechOne ERP experience a bonus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing team while delivering accurate, timely results Benefits: Work with a collaborative, high-performing team Stable and established organisation with long-term growth City fringe location with flexible hybrid working Competitive salary based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
