This fast-paced, dynamic environment provides significant opportunities for rapid career growth.About the role:Reporting directly to the Head of Accounting and collaborating closely with the Finance Business Partner team, this dynamic role will see you providing critical financial and commercial insights to support the corporate functions. As a key liaison to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Senior Management, you will ensure accurate monthly results, drive continuous improvement, and play a vital role in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Manage general and administrative and cost centre accounting for corporate and site entitiesPartner with senior stakeholders to prepare variance analysis and commentaryPerform balance sheet reconciliations and process month-end journalsLead reforecast and budget processes, preparing board papers for senior stakeholdersSupport audit requests, financial reporting, and financial risk managementActively contribute to process improvements and group strategic initiativesCollaborate with external auditors and ensure complianceBuild strong relationships with key stakeholdersSkills and Experience:CPA or CA qualification requiredProven experience in a chartered or industry accounting role, ideally within a corporate environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levelsSolid understanding of internal controls and financial complianceIntermediate Excel proficiency essential, with TechOne ERP experience a bonusAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing team while delivering accurate, timely resultsBenefits:Work with a collaborative, high-performing teamStable and established organisation with long-term growthCity fringe location with flexible hybrid workingCompetitive salary based on experience
