As a Finance Business Partner, you'll play a crucial role in supporting high-level decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis and guidance across a range of major initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Develop strong working relationships with project managers, business teams, and senior executives.
Provide financial insights and analysis for project governance and internal reporting.
Establish and manage financial structures for meaningful project tracking and reporting.
Prepare and monitor Opex/Capex project budgets, ensuring financial treatments remain appropriate.
Present value-adding financial insights and reporting to governance committees, supporting well-informed decision-making.
Contribute to month-end/year-end financial closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
About You: What Will Make You Stand Out?
Proven Experience : Demonstrated experience in project accounting (preferably IT-related), management accounting, budgeting, and forecasting in public or private sectors.
Financial Expertise : Skilled at partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely financial advice, with proficiency in ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Power BI, or TechnologyOne.
Analytical Excellence : Capable of analyzing complex financial data and presenting clear, concise insights to executives and board-level stakeholders.
Strong Communication : Adept at delivering specialist financial advice and reports to diverse audiences with strong business writing and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications : A degree in Business, Commerce, or Finance is essential.
CPA or CA qualifications are highly desirable.
