The C&W Client Finance team have an opening for an experienced finance professional to join usJob Description The Finance Business Partner is responsible for partnering with the Account Director and key internal stakeholders for the ongoing delivery, control, and profitability of the client contract.
About the role Working as key team member on a client account, the Finance Business Partner will be responsible for budgeting, reporting and managing relevant financial & non-financial information alongside supporting the account director in delivering the client's annual operating plan. Specific duties will include (but not limited to)
· Monthly reporting (delivery and presentation of client's monthly finance requirements)
· Budgeting & planning (delivery of the client's annual budgets and periodic forecasts)
· Translation of data into meaningful information at Executive and Operational manager level as required to enhance procurement strategy
· Identification, tracking and supporting delivery of initiatives
· Relationship management (Provide effective and high quality support to both internal and external stakeholders)
· Bottom-up build of each individual property's cost base including rent, outgoings, utilities, facilities management costs and contractual/other price escalations
About You · Qualified Accountant with CPA/CFA accreditation. Working knowledge of lease accounting (AASB16) would be advantageous
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
· Facilitating and presenting concepts, analytical reasoning and using numbers to tell a story to non–finance stakeholders
· Experience working in a professional services environment
· Proficiency in Excel/Power BI
· Working knowledge of JDE would be advantageous
