The role
This role sits with Finance within the Corporate Performance & Reporting team, reporting on business synergy and performance across the Group.
Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proforma Management and Reconciliations, through to banking complianceSupport the Strategic Delivery Hub process to ensure that senior management have insightful information to assess current and future projects and their progressSupport across major projects and business developmentsConduct Post Completion Review process for all projects, providing analysis and insight on key movements and successSupport the annual budget process, working with key stakeholders to build a robust plan to deliver key priorities for the yearSupport the monthly forecast process, incorporating changes in the annual plan, whilst ensuring overall budget objectives are deliveredLead ad hoc pieces of analysis to drive business performanceOther ad hoc duties as per directedThe Person
To be considered for this role, you will be degree qualified in business or accounting with relevant financial management and analysis experience, preferably in a FMCG industry.
The right candidate will also have the following:
CPA/CA accreditation is preferred but not essential.Strong communication skills both verbal and writtenAbstract reasoning with strong financial acumen skillsMethodical problem solver with high levels of attention to detailAbility to prioritise a busy workload and work with paceProficient use of the Microsoft Suite and IT systems (Excel, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint)Your effective communication skills will enable you to relate to multiple different stakeholders.
