Working within a large and high performing FBP team, you will partner with management and executive providing them insight and advice to optimise financial performance and play an important role in driving transformational change across the organisation. You will also be responsible for driving process improvement and operational performance by challenging the status quo, identifying and executing on opportunities for greater efficiency and quality of management information and maintaining a high-performance culture.DutiesProvide financial insight and advice to Executive and Management to optimise financial performance whilst building links between finance and operational functions.Drive optimal financial decision-making through the provision of timely, accurate and useful information to management.Undertake financial analysis of operational strategies to ensure efficient utilisation of resources and identifying opportunities to improve financial results.Lead and develop robust financial modelling to support business cases, new initiatives and tender processes.Manage end to end budget process for your portfolio.Develop regular forecasting based on trend analysis and scenario analysis.Utilise tools to develop enhanced financial reporting and accountability reporting to aid in Programme Management's understanding of financial drivers.Drive a culture of financial integrity and awareness to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, business practices, policies and procedures at benchmark standards.Skills and ExperienceYou are a CA/CPA qualified finance professional with a strong track record of business partnering to senior management and executives. The successful candidate will have experience within multifaceted and complex organisations with an ability to engage and communicate strongly with a variety of stakeholders.
