About the opportunity:
As a result of strong growth in the Milwaukee AU business we have an opportunity within the Commercial Finance team for a Finance Business Partner to support our dynamic and growing Sales and Marketing teams.

This role will be hybrid with working from home options and is based at our newly renovated offices in Notting Hill.

Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Business Partner your responsibilities will include: Providing financial analysis and insights to support sales and marketing initiatives.
Partner with Cost Centre Managers to ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly rolling forecasts.
Ensure all business unit costs and revenue are accurately reflected and re-forecast each month.
Assist with the roll-out and ongoing maintenance of the Cost-To-Serve model, and partner with the senior stakeholders to ensure the output being understood properly.
Complete month-end close procedures for Milwaukee Division.
Prepare analysis of monthly results providing insights on variances to forecast.
Regularly update and maintain the accuracy of various models in Anaplan.
Track Capex requests to ensure forecast reflects approved requests.
Provide financial control and analysis on various areas of the business, ensuring the financial impact is communicated to senior stakeholders.
About YOU To be successful in this role you will ideally have a background in a similar role within a fast-paced industry and the following skills/attributes: Strong business partnering skills with ability to explain financial matters to non-finance stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with SAP, Anaplan/TM1/Hyperion preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
CPA or CA qualification (or working towards completion) preferred.
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify and evaluate business opportunities and risks.
Strong problem-solving skills, initiative and process improvement.
