Reporting to the Group Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, the Finance Business Partner will play an important role performing in-depth commercial analysis to identify trends, insights and opportunities for the business. In a newly created role, your duties will include, but not be limited to:Conducting detailed financial analysis
to uncover trends, deliver actionable insights, and identify strategic opportunities that support business growth and decision-making.Developing and presenting comprehensive management reports,
including dynamic dashboards and polished presentations tailored for senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity and impact.Driving the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes,
incorporating advanced scenario modeling to enhance strategic agility and preparedness.Partnering with cross-functional teams
to deliver expert financial guidance, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments.Leading the identification and implementation of process enhancements,
optimizing efficiency, accuracy and data integrity in financial operations.Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedures,
upholding the highest standards of financial integrity and governance.About You
You are a results-driven professional with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for leveraging financial insights to drive business performance. With a strong foundation in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, you possess the technical expertise to interpret complex data and present it in a way that informs strategic decisions. Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and a member of a professional accounting bodyAt least 5 years' experience in a senior finance analyst or comparable role.Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting using tools such as Excel and Power BI.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration and influence across all levels of the organization.Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, consistently delivering high-quality results under pressure.What's on Offer
